24-hour residential and commercial plumbing service and repair company looking for our next plumbing superstars! We are looking to hire highly motivated plumbers and drain cleaners who want to be a part of a team.

This is not your typical old-school plumbing shop- we are a fast-paced and one-of-a-kind operation. We work together to make our customers happy and get the calls run- so we can go home to our families!

Job Summary

First and foremost, your role as a Client Care Representative / Dispatche r is vital to the success of the company. You are the first chance to make an impactful impression on our customers.

You should approach your job with a sense of urgency. You should be organized and efficient. Be open to change and direction.

A tried-and-true method might not always be the best option so do not fear change and / or trying new stuff.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly answer incoming phone calls
  • Caringly assist callers with their needs. Be their Superhero!
  • Effectively communicate via LiveChat, Email, and other forms of electronic communications
  • Accurately schedule repair appointments based on service area and scope of work
  • Assist other team members as needed to accomplish shared goals

Qualifications

  • Computer and data entry proficiency (Microsoft Office and iOS)
  • Previous Call Center / Dispatch experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus
  • Friendly, outgoing, and service driven
  • Knowledge of ServiceTitan a Plus
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is Beneficial
