Our customer service team is a pillar of the entire organization’s effort to increase our customer’s satisfaction. We are looking for an outgoing and well-spoken Customer Service Representative to receive & make calls to assist customers with booking their appointment in the CRM and promoting the brand’s services through having a general understanding of plumbing & drain services job types.
We offer flexible scheduling including some weekend coverage. Call Center hours are 6 am-10 pm Monday through Sunday. We are currently seeking Call Center Representatives for our 1:30-10pm shift.
• Overtime opportunities are available and may be required during peak times
• Weekends shifts available
Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Hourly
