Root & Company CPAs, a South Dayton CPA firm, is seeking a full time CPA with with 5-10 years public accounting experience and at least 2 years experience reviewing other's work. Position is full-time year-round, with flexible hours. Peak season workload not to exceed 65-hour workweeks. Annual hours not to exceed 2080. Position has equity/partner potential.

Responsibilities:
- Complete various corporate and individual tax returns
- Review tax preparation work of others
- Research tax laws and regulations to maintain compliance
- Respond to IRS, state and local agencies tax notices and work with client for resolution
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred
Experience:
- 5-10 years experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
