We are actively seeking a versatile Maintenance Person with strong skills in multiple trades to help maintain properties across our coverage area from Columbus to Springfield, Ohio.

Job Description: The Maintenance Person will be responsible for a variety of tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry services. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of properties under our management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of skilled maintenance and repair services in residential properties within the designated coverage area.
• Respond to service calls effectively, using the company provided Property Meld app.
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation that includes after-hours and weekend work.
• Document maintenance activities accurately and timely.

Requirements:

• Experienced in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Ownership of a comprehensive set of tools.

Benefits:

• Competitive pay rate ($25 to $35 per hour) depending on skills and experience.

Schedule:

• Regular hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
• Availability required for rotational on-call emergencies during evenings and weekends.
