As a Porter, you are responsible for providing quality guest service as it pertains to packages, storage room organization and bell duty services in a gracious and professional manner.

Job Description

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the hotel.
• Package Room: organize, collect trash, check and replenish supplies
• Offer information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guests' experience and address any inquiries they may have.
• Receive, organize, notify and deliver packages for our residents/ guests
• Assist guest with luggage upon arrival and departure
• Monitor and maintain our entrance, lobby, and mailroom

Requirements

• Ability to lift, balance and carry up to 30 lbs. to transport carts, cleaning supplies, linen, equipment, etc.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the day to assist guests and team members.
