Responsibilities of an RN Supervisor:
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff on the assigned shift
- Oversee and coordinate patient care activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing care plans
- Participate in staff education and training programs
Qualifications of an RN Supervisor:
- Previous RN Supervisor
- RN license in NJ
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
