• Greet and converse with guests. Go over rules and regulations with groups. Assist guest with checking in.
• Accept any additional payments upon guest arrival.
• Provide scripted room narratives and ensure that guests are aware of the overall mission and goal of the room.
• "Game Mastering" (or monitoring) our immersive escape room experiences and provide assistance to guests in the form of hints and clues.
• Reset and Sanitize rooms in an efficient and timely manner.
• General cleaning of lobby, control room, and bathroom areas
• Answer phone calls and accept bookings.
• Answer guests' questions via phone and in-person with confidence and friendliness and a smile.
• Debrief guest and offer a photo to remember their experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
