Position Overview:

Rooftech Coatings is looking for experienced sales representative to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roof/ contractor sales and a deep understanding of cold calls and the door sales processes. This role will be pivotal in driving business growth by developing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships and providing technical quotations for residential and commercial roof projectsKey Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential and commercial roof sales.

· Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

· Prepare and deliver technical presentations and quotations that meet client specifications and budget requirements.

· Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

· Collaborate with the engineering management and production teams to ensure project feasibility and timely delivery.

· Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Rooftech Coatings and generate leads.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales within the roofing & contracting industry.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· A valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
