Responsibilities:
- Repair residential shingle roofs
- Perform emergency repairs
- Submitting photos and documentation of work performed or inspected
- Supervise Residential Roofing Projects
- Inspect and make recommendations for repairs
- Pick up and deliver materials to job site
- Coordinate with Production Manager for work completed and needing estimates
- Submitting photos and documentation of work performed or inspected
- Repair Metal and BUR systems
- Repair commercial flat roofs (EPDM, Mod Bit, TPO, PVC, etc)
- Knowledge of roofing systems and diagnostics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Minimum 2 years experience with Shingles, EPDM, TPO, PVC and Coatings
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Have basic tools necessary for job
- Good customer service skills
