Ideal candidates would have the following experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in the roofing industry.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a strong desire to develop roofing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members.
• Ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaborate within a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding tasks and to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and a dependable nature.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and the importance of adhering to them.
• Basic understanding of construction and tools is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Federal Way, WA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
