Roofcrafters Roofing, LLC is IMMEDIATELY hiring a knowledgeable, energetic and results-driven RoofingSupervisor for our Field Operations, in the Southwest Florida Region

Requirements:

Some Construction Experience Required (2 years)
Roofing Industry experience is PREFERRED but not mandatory,
Must be able to Work Independently and with a Team
Proven Prior Experience as a Supervisor with references
Must be able to Lift 70 lbs.
Knowledge of Permitting and Inspections.
Exceptional communication, Organizational and Leadership abilities
Strong ability to Problem-Solve on the go
Project Management skills
Strong Time Management skills and Ability to Prioritize importance of tasks
Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
Attention to detail, especially when reviewing scopes of work and communications Regarding Projects
Desire to Help Others, both Clients and Teammates alike
Valid Drivers License and Satisfactory Driving Record
Able to Climb a Ladder and Roof

Duties:

Coordinate & Supervise Production/Service Crews
Work with the Project Manager and Production Manager on all projects as needed
Ensure all teammates and crews follow Roofcrafters & OSHA safety guidelines.
Provide Updates on Projects to the Clients and Teammates Verbally as well as notation in our CRM
Conduct In-Progress & Post-Job Inspections via checklists and Uploading Photos
Responsible for Maintaining and Managing Job Paperwork Digitally.
Verify Installations are Correct; per manufacturer specification and building codes
Capable of Setting Up and Climbing Ladders many times a day
Submit Invoices and Receipts to accounting daily
Submit Crew Invoices to accounting weekly
Able to Park and Pull Trailers (Big-Tex) if needed is a Plus, But Not Required
This position is approximately 60-70% Office and 30-40% Travel.
