  3 or More Years Experience in Residential and Commercial roofing repairs, maintenance and warranty work.
• Must be able to Work Independently and with a Team
• In-depth expertise in various roofing materials, including TPO, Metal, Shingle, Modbit, Tile, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the aptitude to handle complex roofing issues.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to Lift 70 lbs.
• Strong ability to Problem-Solve on the go
• Detail-oriented and dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Driving Record.
• Attention to Detail, especially when reviewing scopes of work and Communications Regarding Projects
• Desire to Help Others, both Clients and Teammates alike
• Valid Drivers License and Satisfactory Driving Record
• Able to climb a ladder and comfortable working at heights

• Respond promptly to service calls from customers, diagnosing and addressing roofing issues efficiently.
• Ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards, maintaining the integrity of the roofing systems.
• Ensure all teammates and crews follow Roofcrafters & OSHA safety guidelines.
• Provide Updates on Projects to the Clients and Teammates Verbally as well as notation in our CRM
• Oversee and perform cleaning, debris removal, and maintenance tasks.
• Provide guidance on maintenance recommendations to extend the lifespan of different roofing materials.
• Manage warranty-related repairs in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
• Document all work, materials used, and customer interactions accurately.
• Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and industry best practices at all times.
• Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, utilizing our ROOFS values.
• Submit Invoices and Receipts to accounting daily
• Able to Park and Pull Trailers (Big-Tex) if needed is a Plus, But Not Required

• 
  $25-28 per hour compensation
• Company Vehicle, (with satisfactory Driving Record)
