Roof Technologies, LLC, a General Contractor in Arvada, CO, is seeking a dedicated Insurance Claim Specialist to join our growing team. In this office-based role, you will play a vital role in maximizing the value of our clients' insurance claims by estimating repairs and preparing detailed supplements based on photos provided by our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze photos and roof damage reports to accurately assess the scope of repairs needed based on industry standards and best practices.
• Utilize estimating software to create detailed, competitive, and accurate repair estimates.
• Prepare comprehensive insurance claim supplements, supporting estimates with clear justifications and documentation.
• Work with insurance adjusters to ensure clients receive fair and accurate settlements for their repairs.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the claim process.
• Manage claim files and associated paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the roofing or construction industry, with a strong understanding of common roofing materials, construction methods, and potential damage types.
• Experience preparing insurance claim supplements or a strong desire to learn.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and strong negotiation ability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and insurance adjusters.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
