Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Roof Maxx Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by applying Roof Maxx treatment to extend the lifespan of asphalt shingle roofs. You will play a crucial role in preserving and protecting roofs, thereby helping customers save money on costly roof replacements while also contributing to environmental sustainability. YOU MUST HAVE THE EXPERIENCE TO PERFORM REPAIRS INDEPENDENTLY

1. Perform thorough inspections of roofs to assess their condition and suitability for Roof Maxx treatment.

2. Apply Roof Maxx treatment to asphalt shingle roofs according to company guidelines and industry standards.

3. Ensure proper preparation of roof surfaces prior to application of Roof Maxx, including cleaning and repairing as necessary. You must have thhe experience to repair and replace shingles, chimney flashing work, perform general maintenace

4. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

5. Communicate effectively with customers to explain the benefits of Roof Maxx treatment and address any questions or concerns they may have.

6. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including job details, materials used, and customer information.

7. Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and product developments related to roof preservation and maintenance.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in roofing is a MUST, you Must have the knowlege and experience to perform any and all repairs on an asphalt shingled roof. You MUST be able to work independently.

2. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

6. Willingness to undergo training and certification in Roof Maxx application techniques.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
