Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee, is looking for a Lead Warehouse Administrator to join our team at our headquarters Distribution Center in St. Louis, MO. The Lead Warehouse Administrator will prepare and complete warehouse orders within the warehouse management system while leading an area of responsibility to drive efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and process incoming customer product orders, including coordinating inbound receiving deliveries
• Quickly and accurately reply to internal and external questions through email or other communication means.
• Establish and preserve physical inventory organization according to direction given
• Derive and implement efficient working strategies to timely fulfill all daily priorities
• Be able to explain and execute all basic duties of a Distribution Center Associate
• Give direction to their team as required to efficiently accomplish work
• Execute waves (in order to back up the distribution center manager)
• Understands details of their area (FIFO, unique requirements)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Handle and or escalate issues arising in shipping or inventory handling
• Trouble shoots shipping, receiving and customer that arise and work to solve them
• Quality checks inbound or outbound shipments for accuracy

Essential Skills and Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree a plus
• Experience in a fast paced warehouse environment
• Organized and keeps detailed records for audit purposes
• Previous Warehouse Management System experience preferred
• Proactive problem solver who works well with team and is solution-oriented
• Intermediate or better MS Office, Excel and Word skills
