Role Overview:
The Training Manager at Ronbow Academy plays a crucial role in developing and executing training programs for employees, contractors, and partners. This role requires strategic thinking, versatile teaching skills, and effective team coordination to ensure that training needs are met and aligned with Ronbow's organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
● Create and orchestrate onboarding and training programs to meet the diverse skill sets within the organization.
● Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on various topics, tailored to the audience's background and learning objectives.
● Ensure participants have clearly defined training goals and are measured against their requirements.
● Liaise between Ronbow Academy and employees, contractors, partners, and subject matter experts to identify and meet training needs.
● Collaborate with content creators and instructors to develop, schedule, and refine training programs.
● Organize and facilitate training sessions to create an interactive learning environment.
● Collect feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
● Use feedback and performance data to improve training programs.
● Manage budget, resources, and logistics for Ronbow Academy.
● Maintain records of training programs and prepare reports for Ronbow leadership.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or any related field.
● 0-3 years of professional experience in interior design, industrial design, or a related field.
● A background in the cabinet industry is preferred.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Suite.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
