We're looking for a passionate Junior Cabinet Designer to support our Senior Designers and play a critical role in bringing kitchen cabinetry visions to life. This position offers a path toward becoming a Design Project Manager or Senior Designer.

Role Overview

As a Junior Cabinet Designer, you'll assist in creating innovative and functional kitchen cabinet designs. This role is perfect for those with a detail-oriented approach, budding proficiency in design software, and a drive to deliver top-notch customer service. Working under the guidance of our Senior Designers, you'll be contributing to the design process and ensuring client visions are realized.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Designers using design software to develop efficient and professional kitchen cabinetry designs.
• Participate in layout design discussions, offering color combination suggestions, reconfiguration options, and design modifications to meet client specifications.
• Contribute to client quotations, coordinating efforts from inception to completion.
• Maintain professional communication with staff, ensuring respectful, tactful, and concise interactions.
• Support the team in staying updated on industry trends through online workshops, publications, and networking.

Requirements

• 0 years of experience with 2020 design software.
• Initial experience in kitchen cabinetry design and sales.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and team player ethos.
• Familiarity with European style frameless cabinetry is desirable.
