Summary Description:
The Volunteer Coordinator plans, coordinates and oversees volunteer programs and special projects. This position is responsible for leadership and integration of all volunteer programs into RMHGHV. This position ensures that policies and procedures are followed by volunteers. The Volunteer Coordinator will work closely with the operations team to train volunteers and fulfill necessary duties of the House. Additionally, the Volunteer Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing team to identify new volunteer opportunities and engage new groups of volunteers. The primary responsibility will be to ensure that our volunteers are effectively utilized and engaged in meaningful work that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives allowing us to provide the best possible support to our families.
