We are looking for a Receptionist to help manage our front-end duties on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls, and completing daily paperwork with the ability to meet deadlines. To be successful in this position, you should have a positive personality, great communication skills, and work well in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, assist customers, and direct authorities to visitors as necessary
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, log interactions and take and forward detailed messages as needed
• Manage, organize and complete daily paperwork and daily record keeping maintaining deadlines
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries, log received items and notify received packages to proper locations
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, transcribing, and faxing

Requirements

• High school diploma/Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
