Ron Jon Surf Shop is seeking an experienced Retail General Manager to run our Key West store. This is a year round position responsible for maintaining our standards of guest service and team leadership while maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, operational and facility management. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding job look no further! Local candidates only. Must reside in Key West to be considered for this position.
