Back Creek Golf Club is looking for a Cleaning Staff Member to join our team in the Middletown Delaware area! In this position, you'll follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the country club.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all areas of the country club, including restrooms, locker rooms, hallways, dining rooms, and other common areas.

• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and readily available.

• Empty trash cans and recyclables and dispose of them properly.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Head of Housekeeping.

• Respond to member requests for cleaning services in a timely and courteous manner.

• Attend staff meetings and training sessions when required.

• Perform general maintenance duties when needed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping position preferred.

• Must be able to work independently and follow instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as needed.

Work Environment:

• Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and other cleaning agents.
