The Sales Department at Romtec Inc. is looking for an entry level Construction Sales Associate to join our Team. Romtec Inc. is a Design Build Firm specializing in Park and Recreation Structures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to learn and understand the design and construction of park and recreation structures.
• Strong computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to understand building plans and specifications

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

It is critical that the Sales Associate have:

· 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree

· Previous Sales experience in areas beyond retail (construction related sales is preferred)

· Excellent written and verbal skills

· Problem-solving skills

· Fundamental understanding of various design and engineering aspects including architectural, mechanical, structural, etc. as they relate to building construction (construction experience meets this requirement).

Other Qualifications:

Some prior sales Experience

• Microsoft Office, Excel, and general office computer and software capability
