✨ Coordinate and supervise the delivery of care on the unit.
✨ Ensure that high efficient quality care is delivered to the residents.
✨ Assist the director of nursing & nurse manager in developing unit-based standards of practice.
✨Develop comprehensive care plans.
✨Provide care for a diverse adult and geriatric population.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
✔️ A current RN license in New York State
✔️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✔️ Current BLS certification
✔️ Ability to serve on committees and assume responsibility for special projects as assigned.
✔️ Be able to aid in the direction and supervision of the performance improvement program for the Residential Health care Facility
