We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Bartenders and Servers at our vibrant Italian restaurant. The ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for Italian cuisine, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Bartending

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks.

- Maintain Cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses.

- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.

Bartending PAY RATE $12.00 HRLY TIPS

Serving

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the dining experience.

- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted.

- Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously, with attention to detail and presentation.

- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.

- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.

- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

- Strive to enhance the guest experience and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bartending and/or serving roles preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
