RoMac Building Supply has an immediate opening for a part-time Safety Assistant in Wildwood, Florida. With over 500 employees, RoMac is one of Florida's premier residential and commercial building material suppliers. A family owned company; we have been in business since 1945.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety files, and documentation
Assist Safety Director with information system and compile reports from the database
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of safety files
Assist with training event coordination
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Solid knowledge of Google Suite
Excellent communication skills as related to phone and email correspondence
Office clerical experience
Ability to handle highly sensitive information in a confidential manner
Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy with strong data entry skills
