Job Functions:
Job Summary This position is responsible for verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing products and shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Maintain stockroom inventory. Load/unload trucks. This position requires basic understanding of material handling function of picking product, forklift operations, shipping and receiving functions in the warehouse. Job Functions (Essential)

1. Prepare and supply material to assembly lines in accordance to company requirements.
2. Compare/identify information and counts on incoming and outgoing shipments.
3. Verify information against bills of lading, packing slips, invoices or other records.
4. Unpack, examine and route incoming shipments.
5. Report defective materials to the proper personnel. Post information into computer system.
6. Move material between storage locations and including shipping and receiving docks.

1. Utilize radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment as required to complete material moves, ship completed product, conduct inventory cycle counts, and trigger material replenishment to the assembly line.
2. Position and align components for assembly using appropriate equipment.
3. Responsible for following ERP procedures.
4. Responsible for following the procedures in the company's quality system.
5. Maintain inventory stock levels
6. Responsible for following safety and environmental procedures. Procedures can be found on our company intranet
7. Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct.
8. Perform special projects as required

Equipment:
1. Computer, software, calculator, scanners common office equipment and 2-way radio.
2. Air guns, torque equipment, special tools, wrenches etc.
3. Material handling equipment; including fork trucks (electric, propane & diesel), tuggers, scissor lifts, flatbeds, shipping trailers, dock levelers, scales, reach trucks, electric hoists, etc.
Qualifications:
Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) Required :

1. Ability to operate a forklift, overhead crane and other various equipment
2. Ability to mutli-task while working with time sensitive processes
3. Good interpersonal skills
4. Basic interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with other employees
5. Basic oral and written communication skills
6. Basic reading, writing and math skills
7. Basic PC knowledge and the ability to efficiently operate computer terminals and RF scanning devices
8. Ability to obtain appropriate power vehicle license (CDL, Flatbed, Hi-Lo, tugger & Mule) when necessary

Preferred:

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. One year of related shipping and receiving experience
