We’re hiring! Looking for someone who is a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude. Under the supervision of the crew leader, you’ll be responsible for mowing, mulching, edging, fertilizing, raking, pruning, and other lawn care and maintenance duties. Responsibilities

• Work with fellow crew members to complete landscape design, landscape construction, landscape installation, and landscape maintenance
• Make sure lawn care, groundskeeping, and lawn maintenance duties are completed including mulching, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, raking, edging, and pruning
• Keep flower beds looking pristine with a sprinkler or irrigation system
• Use pesticide for weed control when necessary

• Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
• Great physical health and stamina
• Familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment including blowers, chain saws, edgers, rakes, clippers, hedge trimmers, and lawnmowers
• At least 2 years of experience as a crew member landscaping for residential or commercial properties

• Must be Drug-Free
• Must have a U.S. driver's license or reliable transportation to and from Shop
• Must be able to report for work at 6:30 am Mon-Fri (Shop is located between Wrens and Louisville)
