Responsibilities:
Operations management, supervising staff performance, evaluating performance and productivity, ensuring regulations are followed, manage employees, train employees, and boost management effectiveness.

• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Supervise your team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members.
• Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner.
• Manage inventory and supplies.
• Create a Great Customer Experience daily – 5 Star Reviews on every job is our goal.
• Abide by cleaning procedures and ensure all jobs are done at the highest standards.
• Safely and effectively deliver services with company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Uphold a clean, organized, and inviting work environment.
• Execute with discipline and strive for constant improvement.
• Monitoring and motivating staff.
• Cleaning with a commercial grade hot water pressure washer.
• Please expect the occasional overnight shifts, the occasional early start shifts, the occasional late end of day, and the occasional rescheduling due to severe weather.
• We meet at the shop every morning, load up supplies, drinks, snacks, etc. then drive to our service locations throughout the Triangle.

Requirements:

• A Minimum of 3-5 years of service industry experience in a lead /management role, preferably pressure washing.
• Have a valid Driver’s License with an insurable driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to carry and lift to 50 lbs., bend and perform physical labor and stand on feet for extended periods with arms above your head.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT medical examination.

• You are positive-minded, energetic, and have a good teamwork ethic.
• A commitment to excellent customer service, integrity, and professional demeanor are prerequisites when applying for this position.
• Have an eye for detail and can supervise and work independently on job sites.
• Physical fitness to climb ladders, walk on roofs, work in a lift with confidence and no fear of heights.
• A passion to work outdoors in hot and cold weather.
• Must have good hygiene and be presentable to customers.
• Responsive communication using your own working cell phone and data plan.
