Rolling Rock is seeking an experienced and creative Floral Designer that embraces traditions and operates at the highest level of quality to supervise the floral services at our historic property.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral design, excellent organizational skills, a pleasant and friendly demeanor and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to enhance the overall aesthetics and ambiance of the Club.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in floral design. Prepping flowers and purchasing.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate club events and member's needs.
• Ability to schedule and operate within a budget.

ADA Requirements :

• Must be able to lift between 5-30 pounds at a time regularly.
• Must be able to push and pull heavy carts (possibly 100 pounds).
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
• Must not have fear of heights.
• Must be able to go up and down steps carrying arrangements.
• Must be able to use knees for stooping and kneeling.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (seven hours or more).
• Must be able to use hands and fingers for tedious duties.
• Must not be allergic to flowers.
