A busy couple is seeking a part-time assistant for their homestead in Culleoka, TN. This role will assist the female in the house with activities ranging from helping with meal prep to feeding the horses and everything in between, as she has back issues and has difficulty lifting or bending over. Ideal candidates should be well-rounded and dependable, confident in a farm or household setting, and able to lift 40 pounds. The ideal candidate must love animals, as the couple has a small herd of sheep, horses, cats, and dogs.

Seeking a part-time position of 20 hours per week. Ideal candidates would be available for 3-4 hours per day, 6-7 days per week. Schedule flexible and to be coordinated in advance. There may be an opportunity for expansion into a full-time position after 90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Aid in daily household duties such as laundry, tidying/cleaning, and meal prep.
• Assist with daily pet care and animal handling (Feeding, Water, Movement, Stall Cleaning, kitty litter cleaning, and accident cleanup)
• Run errands, including returns and picking up supplies for the household and the farm.
• Engage in lifting and moving items around the farm/house as requested.
• Assist in organizing projects and gardening help as requested.
