Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Runner/Busser to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables or customers in a timely manner.

Duties:

- Retrieve food orders from the kitchen and ensure accuracy

- Deliver food orders to tables or customers promptly and courteously

- Assist with food preparation, such as garnishing plates or assembling take-out orders

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Communicate any customer feedback or special requests to the appropriate staff members

- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling is a plus

- Knowledge of the food service industry, including restaurant or hotel experience, is beneficial

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
