The Role:
We are actively seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between IT solutions and business needs. This role is critical for ensuring that the solutions developed meet the strategic goals of our clients, particularly in transforming projects for the Veterans Affairs (VA). As a Business Analyst, you will play a central role in projects that directly impact the services provided to our nation's veterans.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business processes and requirements, especially within the VA, to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate stakeholder requirements from the VA into detailed system specifications.
• Ensure that solutions are in alignment with the VA’s strategic goals, particularly within the VistA environment.
• Manage project communications and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Facilitate the entire project lifecycle, from inception through to deployment, using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Qualifications:

• Strong background as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in the VA or similar federal agencies.
• In-depth knowledge of the VA VistA environment highly preferred.
• Experience using project management and Agile tools, notably Jira.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to propose actionable solutions.
• Superior communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Previous direct involvement in IT modernization projects within the VA.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Agile Scrum Master.

Location:
This position is fully remote, available to individuals anywhere in the U.S., including the District of Columbia.
