Seeking experienced Machinists/Operators to join some of the top Manufacturing companies located in the Northern Colorado area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, have a high degree of focus and precision, and be willing to refine their skills and adapt to new techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and tolerance levels of finished products
• Set up and/or operate machine tools to precision tolerances from blueprints and sketches
• Work with a broad range of materials (stainless, hardened steel, exotics)
• Monitor the quality of components using a wide range of equipment and maintain all process documentation
• Utilizes safe working habits and maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner
• Strives to maintain high personal productivity level and performs other related duties as assigned as well as training other employees when necessary

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of related proven experience
• Must have a high degree of mechanical ability and machine expertise
• The ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings & blueprints plus working knowledge of shop trigonometry
• Must be able to work independently to meet customer demands and manage workload of department
• Must be able to lift, handle, or carry heavy materials
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
