**Job Summary**

* Inventory and Tracking of all vehicles (and equipment as needed)

* Helping with DOT compliance with vehicles

* Documenting and scheduling out preventative maintenance on all company vehicles

* Assisting with sourcing and ordering of parts and supplies needed for the shops

* Updating of various department spreadsheets

* Traveling to various locations to help facility preventative maintenance

**Job Summary**

Builds and maintains fuel order volume and market share by locating, developing, closing and maintaining sales business relationships focusing on local businesses, oil & gas customers, municipalities and other customers.

**Job Duties**

Location: Littleton, CODepartment: Rolfson OilType: Full TimeMin. Experience: Senior Manager/Supervisor Rolfson Oil, LLC (RO) is seeking a Controller to oversee all accounting functions. RO engages distribution and transportation of fuel as well as oils and lubricants.

This position will work in our Littleton, CO office and report to our COO & CFO, with a dotted line to the management team overseeing all respective portfolio companies, serving as their business partner/advisor. Responsibilities will initially include most of the day-to-day accounting while these businesses ramp up operations and, as business activity increases, we will look to expand accounting/finance support staff. Specifically, the position will be helping oversee the function of a newer product line as we work to build out processes and procedures.

Key duties include:

Oversee (and initially perform) all accounting functions;

Ensure that financial information is produced accurately and timely;

Develop accounting related policies and procedures as needed and proficiency in data analytics;

Involvement in strategic initiatives for each company and advise on their impact from an accounting/financial perspective;

Become an expert in systems used to run each business (we use QuickBooks for accounting, each business has its own operations related software);

Manage and develop Accounting staff;

Preparation of monthly financials and consolidations;

Ensure compliance with all state and other reporting requirements;

Perform special projects as requested by management; and

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

CPA is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

At least six (6) years of related experience with a mix of public and private accounting preferred, must include direct support/interaction with operations departments

Supervisory experience with a consistent track record of meeting closing and other deadlines

Strong knowledge of US GAAP

Results and goals oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Base salary $115K depending on work experience
