Description

· Develops and administers policies and procedures for evaluating and improving the quality of products, materials, components and/or manufacturing processes. 

· Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to production quality standards.

· Monitors and audits process, material, and product testing against established standards and conducts a continuous analysis of quality defects and deviations.

· Identifies deficiencies or gaps in testing activities and develops solutions to ensure adequate and robust quality processes.

· Makes recommendations to ensure production runs meet established quality standards and predicted yields. 

· May be responsible for ensuring products meet international quality standards such as ISO 9001/13485.

· Optimizes processes to comply with existing and new regulatory requirements.

· Other duties as needed. 

Requirements

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• 5 years of exeperience
• Experience in manufacturing industry
• Lead Auditor Certificate
• Certifications in Quality from accredited institutions is a plus.
•  Familiar with QA process and practices.
•  Excellent mathematical and mechanical aptitude. 
•  Ability to speak, read, and write in English 
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technically curious drive. Able to identify problems, collect appropriate data, analyze collected information, and determine the most suitable outcome for the situation.
