Position Summary

Assists with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of all Automated Material Handling systems

• Assists in the electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of all systems
• Repairs minor mechanical problems
• Follows all Preventive Maintenance programs
• Completes all assigned training plans
• Complies with all safety programs, policies and procedures
• Travels up to 75% for up to two weeks at a time

• Ability to assist in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all material handling equipment and components
• Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers
• Ability to execute assigned tasks
• Ability to interpret both mechanical and electrical drawings
• Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
• Team orientation
• Knowledge of safe industrial work practices
