Summary:

As the Product Development Lead/Manager, you'll drive the execution of new product initiatives and maintain our portfolio to propel growth. Joining our dynamic team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our growing product line, particularly in women's health and wellness sectors.

The ideal candidate possesses a robust scientific research background, excels in managing competing priorities, and possesses innate curiosity coupled with a keenness to learn. Reporting to the Director of Product Development, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and realize the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative products that cater to our core customers' health objectives and align with standards.
• Conduct comprehensive ingredient research and literature reviews to explore novel ingredients and formats.
• Stay abreast of ingredient trends relevant to the product roadmap.
• Support product claims with summaries of relevant clinical research.
• Coordinate project progress, from tracking to product launch.
• Assist in the artwork development process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide scientific support for marketing campaigns and customer-facing literature.
• Evaluate sample submissions and ensure formulations meet specifications and budget requirements.
• Support the reformulation of existing products to maintain differentiation and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Science, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in product development, R&D, or regulatory affairs within functional foods, supplements, or skincare industries.
• Strong expertise in technical research, project management, and vendor relationship management.
