Job description

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will oversee the daily operations of our online sales order fulfillment and returns process. Responsibilities include order fulfillment, return processing, inventory control, shipment planning, and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in shipping/receiving, inventory management, online commerce, and warehouse operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage order fulfillment process (create picklist, print packing list, create shipping labels, pick & pack)
• Create and Coordinate FBA and WFS shipments
• Conduct inventory control and replenishment
• Handle receipt and processing of returns, including inspection and categorization
• Unpack returned merchandise, inspect return package condition, and assess return paperwork
• Inspect returned merchandise, checking for quality and condition of product to determine return category
• Distribute returned items to their proper location
• Provide excellent customer service via email and phone

Qualifications

• 1 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
• 1 years of professional online selling experience (Amazon, Walmart, Target , eBay, etc)
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently
• Strong data analytical skills
• Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Good communication skills and result-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Apparel Industry working experience is plus
• Fluent English, bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus (may need to communicate with overseas vendors/logistic team via emails and video conference)

Pay & Schedule:

• Compensation is based on experience, job duties, and performance, with an emphasis on sales performance.
• Normal Working time: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
