Maintenance Person
Duties:
- Make necessary repairs to get vacant units in a condition to be moved into.
-Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas of the property.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and tenants
- general building maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
