Requirements:

• Background in sales, preferably in the construction or home remodeling industry.
• Food service or hospitality industry experience is a plus! (especially if no direct sales experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and constant access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Building: Meet with warm, prequalified and scheduled homeowners to establish rapport, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance on exterior remodeling projects.
• Sales Generation: Quote projects accurately, presenting appropriate products and services tailored to each customer. No door-knocking or calling required - focus on nurturing existing leads and referrals.
• Customer Service Excellence: Offer exceptional customer service at every stage of the business relationship, from initial consultation to project completion. Ensure clients are satisfied with the process and final results.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent ROI Construction as an exceptional brand ambassador, effectively communicating our company's benefits, core values, and proprietary offerings to win business and foster long-term repeat client relationships.
• Revenue Generation: Drive revenue by closing sales and upselling additional services or products where appropriate. Maximize earnings through aggressive performance-based bonuses and incentives.
• Flexible Schedule: We strongly believe in balance between work and personal life and provide accommodations and flexibility to ensure motivation and morale.
• Skill Development: Utilize leadership and internal tools for ongoing skill development, tracking performance, and refining sales techniques to maximize success.
• CRM Management: Update CRM system with client updates, project details, and results to maintain accurate records and streamline company communication.
