ROI Construction is Hiring a Client Care Concierge Near Savage, MD

ROI Construction is in search of a proactive and motivated self-starter to join our ranks as a Senior Sales Representative. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in turning leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. Our Sales Agents directly impact our bottom line, and we're dedicated to achieving higher levels of success while fostering your growth into a leadership role within our team. The sales representative will be in their office in Millersville, MD 2 days a week and 3 days in their service areas which include areas in Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Montgomery County, and Washington, DC.

Compensation:

  • Expected First-Year Earnings: $100,000-$150,000

Compensation:

$100,000 - $150,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone calls, and other communication channels to nurture and qualify them as potential roofing, siding, or gutter clients
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to track progress toward company objectives
  • Assess incoming leads for prompt appointments with our roofing and siding experts, ensuring quick response times and meeting customer needs
  • Identify business opportunities in targeted regions to expand our client base
  • Utilize our CRM system to maintain an up-to-date lead database, supporting agents throughout the listing and closing processes
  • Collaborate with construction experts to ensure top-notch service from the initial contact to the final agreement
  • Expertly nurture sales inquiries to convert leads into appointments
  • Master scripts to effectively convey our value proposition and handle objections
  • Assess leads accurately, conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to our construction specialists
  • Ensure the smooth operation of sales processes and maintain a rigorous lead management system
  • Stay informed about local construction trends and regulations, adapting strategies accordingly
  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding construction services
Qualifications:
  • A competitive spirit with a determination to excel
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation abilities
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology to support sales efforts
  • Experience in Roofing and Insurance restoration (Required)
  • Knowledge of Gutters, Sidings, Doors, Windows, and Solar are preferred
  • A genuine passion for hunting leads, educating clients, and closing deals
  • A determination to overcome challenges and persevere
  • Comfortable spending a significant portion of the workday engaging with clients over the phone
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • A knack for finding solutions and a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to learn and apply sales scripts effectively

Dominic DiPietro is the owner of ROI Construction. He grew up roofing for his father, Richard DiPietro Sr. They have provided impeccable roofing and gutter services to the communities of DC, Maryland, and Virginia for over 25 years.
