Description - General Manager:

• Responsible for the dealership's operations and profitability of all departments
• Oversee dealership staffing, hiring and training new employees
• Set sales quotas and goals and assists in financing arrangements
• Actively support, encourage, and motivate managers daily to maintain high morale
• Exhibit a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability
• Accountable for daily performance metrics in overall store performance
• Support other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership
• Supervise Sales Managers, F&I Managers, Digital Marketing Managers, Service Managers, and all other personnel

Qualifications - General Manager:

• Must have at least 3 years of stable employment history at the GM level with a proven track record of verifiable, above average CSI and market share performance.
• Must be a strong producer and team builder with excellent profit experience
• Must be well organized and demonstrate excellent Customer Service and PR skills
• Must have strong leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Must have knowledge of basic accounting and advanced computer skills
