As a valet driver, for our Cadillac brand, you will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. You will contribute to the overall satisfaction of patrons by offering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Parking and Retrieval:
• Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with driving them as needed.
• Safely park and secure vehicles in designated areas.
• Retrieve guests' vehicles promptly upon request.
• Customer Service:
• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests.
• Offer assistance with luggage and provide information when required.
• Address any concerns or special requests from guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Safety and Security:
• Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.
• Report any security or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications:

• Driver's License:
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Customer Service Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and create a positive impression.
• Professionalism:
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.
• Attention to Detail:
• Keen observation skills to identify and report any concerns

• Ability to work collaboratively with other valet attendants and staff members.
