Rogue Recruitment is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a growing team, within a stable process engineering company here in Tulsa, OK. This is a direct hire, onsite role paying in the $115-$135K/yr. range, depending on experience.

Requirements:

• 10-12 years experience as a Project Manager on multiple large scale projects is required for this role.
• This is a Senior PM role that will be directly involved in mentoring the more junior PMs across the team.
• This role has a growth plan to advance & promote into becoming the Manager of Project Managers in the near future.
• This Senior Project Manager sits within the company's back-end engineering group (made up primarily of chemical and mechanical engineers). When new projects are picked up, this Sr. PM will be involved in the kickoff meeting and meeting with the Systems/Process Engineer to make sure the plan is clear and all expectations are understood and on track, etc.
• In this role, you will lead a project team to execute all engineering and design deliverables for the company's various process equipment projects.
• A current Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to obtain one is highly desired for this role.
• Working knowledge of gas processing projects and/or equipment, a Project Management Professional (PMP) license, and previous experience in an ISO 9000 environment are highly desirable, but not required.
