THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS BORING CREW LABORER POSITION

Here's what we're looking for:

• Strong commitment to safety, including willingness to immediately correct or report unsafe conditions, practices, or hazards
• Ability to follow directions, arrive to work on time, dress appropriately, and wear all safety gear
• Willingness to travel out of town and work overtime as needed in peak seasons

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurable driving record

• Ability to perform all physical aspects of the job, including bending, climbing ladders, lifting 100 pounds, and using an arc welder and torch

In this entry-level labor position, you work closely with your construction team to complete high-quality projects. You help set us up for success by properly staging all the necessary equipment and materials, reading and interpreting blueprints, and properly rigging pipes to be lowered into a trench. Assisting our hoe operator, you attentively give hand signals, set up lasers and levels, and direct the operator to dig to the correct depth. You also keep in regular communication with our foreman, letting them know about materials you need and performing extra tasks as directed.
