We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. ```Duties```
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain customer accounts and update customer information in our database
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Provide support to the sales team by generating quotes and processing sales orders
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting and financial statement preparation is a plus

- Experience with Sage or other accounting software is a plus
- Ability to interpret financial reports and perform basic accounting tasks such as debits/credits and accounts receivable
