Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, renovating, and repairing structures using concrete. Your expertise in masonry techniques and attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

-Use blueprints and survey data to mark out specific areas accurately.

-Utilize wood reinforcement, twine, and stakes to finalize the area.

-Pour concrete at construction sites. Ensure that the poured concrete is level and properly arranged.

-Preparing surfaces for finishing. This involves using tools like stamps, screeds, and floats.

- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion.

- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

- Strong knowledge of concrete masonry.

- Familiarity with hand tools used in masonry work.

- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.28 - $24.79 per hour
