We are looking for one more individual to train to become a keyholder as part of our management team. Retail experience is helpful, but not required. Experienced candidates will progress quicker on their way to being able to help open and close the store. We are a very busy store with shoes for the entire family. We carry athletic shoes, dress and casual shoes, sandals and hikers for men, women, and kids. We also offer a wide variety of mens and womens safety shoes and boots for work. The job will start out as part-time (you can still work up to 35 hours per week). This gives you and us time to make sure the fit is good. After three to four weeks, the job will become full-time for the right candidate.

We have a staff of around 15 employees. As a keyholder your duties will include selling lots of shoes, opening and closing the store, and making sure staff members stay on task and complete projects in a timely manner. The job would require 2 night shifts and a weekend shift most weekends. Monday through Friday we are open 10am-8pm, Saturdays 10am-6pm, and Sundays 11am-5pm.
