Rogan Shoes is Hiring a Full Time/Part Time Keyholder Near Rochester, MN
We are looking for 1 or 2 more individuals to train to become part of our management team as a keyholder. Retail experience is helpful, but not required. Experienced candidates will progress quicker on their way to being able to help open and close the store. We would like to have at least 2 managers, assistant managers, or keyholders on duty at all times. We are a very busy store with shoes for the entire family. We carry athletic shoes, dress and casual shoes, sandals and hikers for men , women, and kids. We also offer a wide variety of mens and womens safety shoes and boots. The jobs starts out as part-time ( you can still work 35hours/week), and can turn into full time for the right candidate, usually after three or four weeks. This allows us to make sure the fit is right for both you and us. We have a staff of around 20 employee. As a keyholder, your duties will include selling lots of shoes, opening and closing the store, and making sure staff members stay on task and complete projects in a timely manner. The job will require 2-3 night shifts per week, and a weekend shift. Monday through Friday we are open 10am-8pm, Saturdays 10am-6pm, and Sundays 11am-5pm. Your schedule will be a mixture of days, nights, and one weekend shift most weekends.
