As a Sales Representative for Rogan’s Memorials, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the selection process, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Duties:

Engage with clients in-person and over the phone to understand their monument needs.

Present and explain available monument options, including materials, designs, and customization features.

Guide clients through the selection process, offering expertise and recommendations as needed.

Work with designers to create to-scale CAD designs based on clients needs.

Provide accurate pricing information and generate quotes for clients.

Process orders and ensure timely delivery and installation of monuments.

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders.

Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.

Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in a customer service environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills for order processing and communication. (Zoom, Gmail, Quickbooks)

Knowledge of monument materials, designs, and customization options (preferred but not required).

Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new products and industry trends.

Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to accommodate client schedules and sales events.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
